Hamady Unveils Full Details Of Port Said Tragedy During Meeting With Martyrs' Families

Ahly’s crisis committee, led by Ahly CEO Captain Hassan Hamady, organized a long meeting with the committee representing the martyrs' families. The meeting was also attended by fellow members Khalid Murtaja, Khalid Aldrndly, Alameri Farouk and Director General Mahmoud Allam.

Other figures in attendance were members of the legal committee as well as the committee formed by Ahly Board of Directors to follow up on the judicial proceedings related to the Port Said events. The legal Committee included Chancellor Mahmoud Fahmy, Rajaei Attia, Aktham Baghdadi as well as Osama Kandil. The meeting was also attended by Ahly Corporate Affairs Director, Captain Mohamed Morgan.

Thirteen people were present at the meeting representing the martyrs’ families while two sent their apologies for not being able to attend.

During his welcome speech, Captain Hassan Hamady explained all the circumstances which took place during the past period as well as reviewing all procedures and decisions taken by Ahly’s Board of Directors since the start of the crisis.
